What Birthed the RC, the LF-LC or LF-CC?

There was an interesting piece published in the Lexus Beyond magazine this month, it looked at the journey from the LF-CC to the RC. However, one problem, many of these internet people have been snapping their twigs over the fact that THEY don't think the LF-CC was the inspiration.

Delusion is interesting.

Then we get to the LF-LC, some have said this will be the next Lexus LFA, but I see a ton of RC in it as well...

So we're going to have a poll. What birthed the RC, the LF-LC or the LF-CC...

LF-LC

LF-CC

I would say a mix of both

Though dominantly the LF-CC
I think its a bit of both, but since the back end of the LF LC looks more like the RC F than the LF CC, I voted for that one. The front end of the LF CC looks much more than the RC F though.
I just don't see how it can be the LF-LC, it's definitely the LF-CC, largely.
I guess the back of the LF CC has more of the tail lights of the NX than it does the RC F.

Ultimately I think the the RC F is influenced by Lexus' design language broadly and not by just one vehicle. Besides, isn't the final product more important than what influenced it?

Looking at the two, there is definitely more from the NX in the RC-F than anything from the LF-CC. Even the rear bumper has more of the NX in it, mainly that downward cut line

that is just the concept though

i doubt they are keeping the design like that for production on the NX

yea but the problem with your theory is that the NX concept debuted after we had already seen the RC-F...
Its possible that they were designing both at the same time so they were kind of influencing each other. More to do with one design direction than one vehicle influencing the other.
in that case the LF-LC and LF-CC. I see a lot of the LF-CC in it but there are also cues from the LF-LC in it, rear end is most noticeable.
