New Lexus promo released for the RC-F, information reveals nothing you didn't already know, but footage shows you something yo haven't seen. An RC getting obscene

Pretty great informative video. I could see them using this video to introduce the RC-F at a press conference or something. You're right that we haven't seen the RC-F zooming around much, but this video shows us a machine that seems like it can really hold its own.

you can hear what the RC-F will sound like at idle here. I think its the first real world video we can have a CLEAR idea of the sound. Its the FT-1 being unloaded from a trailer, but its unmistakeable the rumble of 8 in a V....

sounds amazing, i wonder if they might have used the engine from the RCF or if they just shoved what ever existing v8 they had in it for now

Actually I think that video may not be legit. But we've seen this engine in the IS-F already regardless

What do you think is "not legit" about the above video? Even if its not quite real, it still sounds really good. Love the hum of the engine when its not even being pushed very hard.

Sounds pretty good in the second video posted up here as well though. Not quite as rumbley as the FT1 in the first video though.

Regardless, you'll be turning some heads in either vehicle.

Don't quote me on this It all makes sense for it to have a v8 in it. But in the video the sound sof the so called v8 sounds like it from another car in the background.

A lot of Toyota and Lexus engines tend to have a sound to them that's unique to the two brands and anyone familiar with their engines will be able to pick up on it
