Great car. I love mine and I am so happy to get rid of my Benz. These German cars are nothing but a pain in the Butt.

Those CLK's are awesome.

Were you considering any MB's while deciding if to go with the RC?
Some guys I know find it hard to venture away from MB!

Very new to the forum layout so I don't know how to make specific replies, but yes I do plan on making some more ponies come out of my baby, but towards the end of my warranty? and I did absolutely love mercedes but they are such a pain. I was in between the RC, EVO, and GLA 45 AMG. The AMG was listed way over what it should've been listed for and the dealer didn't want to budge at all on the price. Plus I've had past experiences with the MB dealer that's closest to me and they are the most unprofessional dealer I've ever come across. Never met people so rude in my life (besides work) but I came down to the decision of the RC over the evo just because of class and luxury. Evo's are just too plain for me. Fun machines, but plain. Plus the lexus is a panty dropper?

One thing you can do before warranty is up to boost power is an ECU tune, since you can easily undo it before going in to the dealer. Something far easier to hide than say a... twin turbo kit

Tried to do some research on ECU tunes in the Chicago area, pretty sure there isn't any shops around that do it just yet. But it wouldn't be a bad idea though

Surprised that's the case with it being Chicago, bound to be someone close enough that can do it especially with all those Lexus models out there that probably have tuned ECU's.
