Skimmed through this article and what I got a lot from it was that the RC F is pretty bland in normal mode and should just be left in Sport mode.

But looking at this shot of the seats and I'm in love. They look phenomenal, no other way to explain it.

Pros

Sharp style with legitimate performance
Naturally-aspirated 5.0 liter V8 is a rarity
Torque vectoring system is excellent
Brilliant soundtrack above 3.5k revs

Cons

Underwhelming in all but most aggressive Sport modes
Soundtrack disappoints under 3.5k revs
Plasticky dashboard
BMW M4 is faster for similar money
At times, I suspect automakers had a spare button and bulb assembly lying around, and pressing “Sport” does nothing more than light the whole thing up.

The RC F is different. Very different. Gloriously, frustratingly different, in fact.

I kind of like that it needs to be in Sport mode to really have a full feeling, full sounding beast. It lets me maintain a tame car going through streets on a regular basis and conserve. When you hit the open road however, you hit that switch and it's game time. I'd rather it show extremely functional than if you press it and it doesn't change much but steering feel.
