i always found it to be a useless feature but of course a cool feature to have since i don't see much of a reason to have all your windows roll down remotely.

I love it when I remote start my car, and people are like WTF. It's even more fun when Security comes up and lets me know that my car started by itself.

I've seen those reactions from quite a lot of people, mainly being those not into cars and not up to date on how technology has progressed and how it continues to progress.

Since it gets up to 115 degrees or hotter here in Phoenix during the Summer I can empathize with you. Remote start is a must.

In general remote starters are good, even if you live somewhere with ideal weather conditions where you can hop in right away without feeling like you're in an oven or a freezer, having it for the sake of giving the engine and related components time to be 'ready' is a prime motivation for me to get one.

Too many people make the mistake of hopping in their cars right away and not allowing it time to get 'ready' before taking off.
