What's with the little blue cover-up that is circled in red in the picture?

I'm also surprised that it is in California now. Is this owned by someone? Is this model going on show somewhere in California or something?

so I've come across some new info about our little spotted mule. We can be relatively sure this is the RC F-Sport considering its Ultrasnoic Blue hue is reserved for F or F sport models. The split 10 spoke half graphite half polished wheels match neither the RC350 nor the RC-F. The air intakes at the corners of the front fascia are much smaller than an RC-F so we can rule out this being an RC-F mule masquerading as a RC350.

The only oddity is that its missing the standard F-Sport mesh grill...
