any rumors or chance the RC-F will have a manual transmission option ?

I would lean more towards Lexus not offering a manual option. They are already coming out with a hybrid version. I just think that offering a manual transmission would cost too much. How many people are going to not buy an RC F because there is no manual option? Not many I would think. And how much will it cost for Lexus to make the RC F in two different transmissions instead of just one?

you are correct to a degree. However from a performance standpoint you just are not going to attract the people you want without a manual transmission. Although it doesnt HAVE to be three pedals, row it yourself. A DCT option would of gone a LONG way in solidifying its image as a true M4 rival...

I hope it does. It's what we need. I hate having to look at all the fun manual trans cars only to find they are at the FR-S/BRZ level, we need something premium like this with a manual.

RC-F needs DCT, no doubt, you cant have a serious M4 rival and offer it with a torque converter slush box.

I agree that the RC350 should have an MT as the 428 and 435 are both available with three pedals as are the Audis...

especially in a car like this, it's a must, it's one of the best ways to not go manual, i'll be a bit disappointed if they dont go for it.

lexus has received lots of criticism for slapping a torque converter into the IS-F and I believe even the LF-A

or is that single clutch auto?
