Question for RC350 Owners Regarding Settings
Question for RC350 Owners - I got my RC350 F Sport two weeks ago and can't figure something out and neither can the dealership dudes. Hoping someone here can help …
When I start my car, the computer always defaults to the navigation screen vs. the home screen. It's no big deal just irritating that I have to hit the home button every time I get in the car. You would think it is changeable setting but I have pushed every button and option on the thing and can't figure out a way to change it to default to the home screen when started. I'm thinking it is a hardwired setting but figured it was worth putting out there to the masses.

It will always default to the screen that you have it on last, except the Home screen. For example, if you have the screen showing just for the Radio then that screen will show when the car is restarted.Interested in this also

Only when you press the "HOME" button after the vehicle has been started. For example: On mine I have three screens being shown when the "HOME" button is pressed. Music, Navigation, and Range/MPG.So basically you would have to set it on the Home screen to have the home screen come on upon start up but you can't make the Home screen default? So when does the home screen come on?
If I have the "HOME" button selected, and all three screens or two are being shown and I then shut off the vehicle then when I restart it the Navigation screen is shown upon default. This can't be changed.
Now if you have the "HOME" button selected, and right before you shut down the vehicle you select one of the screens so that it is expanded then when you restart the vehicle then that screen will be shown as default. Yea it is a pain, but there is no other way around it.

Dome lights... can they be turned on independently? Reason I ask is because when i turn on my from Dome light, the rear turns on as well...

I believe there is a button on the rear dome light to turn it off.sorry to jack your thread...

Correction, the button in the rear dome light turns it on when they are normally off. Unless there is some setting in Customization, Lighting section they are both set to turn on and off when the door is opened and closed.I believe there is a button on the rear dome light to turn it off.
