Hello all,

Just purchased a RC 350 F on the 3rd of July, 2015. The car is a AWD as the weather of Northern Virginia is well known for its chaos and is in Nebula Gray Pearl. So far I have been enjoying the car and look forward to joining this community. I also look forward to what mods other owners have done to their car and will post pictures sometime this evening.

Hey, I went with the F sport interior, the red/black

Here are some pictures I took while going to work of the interior.

Welcome to the forum.

Love the red leather in the interior. I like the contrast of the gray with the red interior.

Thank you Lex! I have not seen many RCs in my area, but I know they are here somewhere..

Hi SFC,
also in Northern Virginia, picked up my RC350 F only two days after you did, on the 5th. Obsidian with Playa interior. So if you see one of those around here it is probably me, I have only seen one other RC350 (white), on the Greenway.

Enjoy your new ride! I certainly am.
Ahh nice. Haha I am mostly on Braddock or 29 if you see a nebula it will more than likely be me. Hope to see you around! Did you get the RWD or AWD?
I got the AWD, for the same reason you did I imagine. Winters around here are...unpredictable. Would have preferred the RWD but I'd rather be safe.

I was going back and forth between the Obsidian and Nebula but for some reason the black/playa combo really does it for me.

Always liked that they added padding along the panel where your arm would rest, the bottom and side of your arm, good for those passengers that get thrown around by the driver :D

it looks great man. I actually just went with what the dealer had just so I could have it that day... plus they shaved off $2500 if I went with what they had so I just did it LOL..

Somethings that I am sad about this car is that it does not have that kick that I want... I know this is a GT car but... I wish it was closer to the RC-F but thats where that $20k shines... lol. I was thinking about doing some engine mods but I am going to hold off due to warranty...
Well since the Mark Levinson was non-negotiable for me I had to wait for them to build it. Upside being I could pick and choose anything I wanted. For some reason very few cars on the lots have ML, apparently not a popular option. Can't for the life of me understand why, it's only a $1k upgrade and the difference to stock is night and day.

Even though I went custom they shaved off $2,100 at order. Plus I got $700 worth of other stuff thrown in upon delivery. Pretty happy. Never owned a Lexus before but I am sure this wont be the last if the initial experience is any guide. Perhaps a RC-F or it's offspring in the future...I know what you mean about the kick but since I went from a Honda Civic I am properly preconditioned :).

Ha nice! Yeah... I went a different route - I got a lease and because of that I am already looking at different cars. I am in the same boat as you looking at the RC-F in the future with the carbon fiber. I know.. it is just ridiculous to get a RWD with weather like Virginia, but hey I figure if I drive well and have a 2nd set of Snow tires, I should be fine.

I wish I got the M/L surround sound... -_- oh well.. its w.e

I know this is really dorky of me but I would like to meet all the rc 350 in the area and go on a drive... and have the leader change when someone is tired of leading the way or so. Haha

Don't want to come off like some a$$ but Bose is not value by any means, it's the opposite, over marketed, generally poor performing crap. I'm only saying this because i find many people are unaware that Bose is a total hype trap. ML however is the real deal, there is hardly anything finer out there other than MacIntoch, Linn, Krell. I'm floored that Lexus would go this far, but thrilled. This is true high end top performing gear. Bose is not even within 5 divisions of this competition.
How much would it cost to install M/L from the dealer or would they not even do that?
