Lexus does well in the US but not in Europe. How do you think Lexus can make sure they are successful in India instead of falling behind like what has happened in Europe?

This is a great move with the growing economy in India. Lexus works great in nations like that as true entry-level vehicles. Plus people are aware Lexus is a sister brand of Toyota... something that should already set good expectations of Lexus for people in these markets.

What do you mean by this? Are you talking about entry-level luxury cars. Because Lexus doesn't make true entry-level cars. I think a big part of making Lexus successful in India would be to really build off of their base of Toyota. Try to get long time Toyota customers to try their hand at a Lexus instead.
