Hello new member here ! i have traded in my 3rd Gen IS350 for a 1st Gen RC 350 both AWD Fsport, i don't know if i was messing around with deleting personal profile and setting in the Nav sys or someone at Lexus dealership messed with it, my Driver Seat easy access lever stuck, i forgot to take pictures here watch this video you know what i mean, that Lever she Pull and then the driver seat auto rolls up and you can access to the rear seat from driver side,

After got my car back from Lexus Dealership the lever stuck i can't pull it, someone please help thank you very much.
