Quick question for some of you JDM aficionados, will the RC have a corresponding JDM model? I know the SC was sold as the Toyota Soarer in Japan, will we be seeing the RC as a Toyota as well? The front fascia is going to change drastically I imagine. Could it be positioned as the big brother to the GT-86?

Even in Japan all the new Lexus models are Lexus, just RHD.

I'm not up to date with JDM to be honest.

yea im more familiar with the 90's JDM stuff, kinda stopped paying attention in the recent years when JDM stopped being as insane as it used to be.

in the 00's it died off or started to at least.
90's were the best not just for cars!

Yeah I noticed that too. As far as Toyota goes, I know guys have been importing whole front lips that pack 2JZ's and used them for their 2JZ swaps .

I think its more likely in RC simply because of the longer nose. inline 6s are not exactly short

But this is going to be double the price of the FR-S. I don`t see anyone doing this to an RC any time soon, it`s going to be a WHILE before it happens
