It's hard for me as a tall person to exit my F Sport without dragging a foot over the door sill and leaving a mark. Does anyone know of a way to protect against this or if Lexus offers an applique similar to the one for the trunk?

Like you I'm also tall and having the same issue. As far as I know they do not have a door sill protector. What I sometimes do if opening the door in tight quarters is help my foot out with my left hand.
