Hello all - does anyone know when Lexus will come out with a front end Car Bra for the RC 350 - just purchased in March and would really like to get one for my guy's new car!

Lexus does not make car bras for its cars, as far as I know. You need to check with a company named Colgan (Colgan Custom) to see if it has one on the market yet for the RC. Other companies make them, as well, but Colgan is generally considered to be the best of them.

Instead of a car bra you can just get a protective paint coat. It's basically the same thing.

While they both do the same thing the car bra is about $350 whereas the paint protective film is about $1,100, at least for XPEL Ultimate it is.

Are you referring to one for the whole front end? Because I just got mine on 6/6/2015 and it came with clear film across the front of the hood, front ends of the front fenders and across the top of the rear bumper. I apologize if I'm misunderstanding you...

I think the OP is referring to the front end car bra that the end user can put on and take off at will. Like this example: Car Bras & Car Mask - Custom Front End Hood Protection | AutoAnything

I know some folks even go as far as wrapping the whole car.

I think the protective film would work better with a Lexus especially with such a large grille.

I agree 100% as there is too much surface space for the grille.

I had eXpel put on my RC, although I got my car so early I had to wait until the company got its hands on one in order to make the templates. I had the hood, front fenders and mirrors done (and for a few bucks more, the "luggage shelf" which is the top of the back bumper). The pieces are designed and cut so well it is almost impossible to see the edges even when looking for them.
As for the grille, my installer said he would look at what could be done, but he was unable to do anything with the grille itself, even the horizontal bar. He did do the headlights, of course, as well as the L logo in the center of the grille.

I too had asked my EXPEL installer if anything could be done for the front grille and he said it was impossible to wrap the grille. I just try to stay far enough back from vehicles that if something is kicked up I have time to move.
