I like it a lot, exactly what I would have done.

But to take it a step further, blacking out the fog light bezel will make it seem complete to me and hide -what i think- is the only ugly part about it.

The black coloring of the grille looks great. It's a major improvement. I constantly wonder why automakers don't move further away from chrome and use more black matte instead.

Probably due to demand. Chrome has been the go to choice for decades.
