Hey Rodines! Welcome to the forum and congrats on the new ride! She's beautiful - cool color! I got mine about three weeks ago and it is the ultrasonic blue mica with black interior. Loving it so far!

Question I can't seem to find an answer to so figured I would ask a fellow owner. When you get in and start her up - the computer screen always defaults to the navigation instead of the home screen … weird right? I can't figure out how to set it to default to the home screen - dudes at Lexus don't know either. If you happen to find out please message me!!

Have a blast with your new wheels!

Nice! Did you get the red interior? The dealer I test drove one at a couple weeks ago had an Atomic Silver w/ red interior....I'm planning to do that color combo myself. I don't really care that much for regular silver in general but the Atomic is a unique shade and I really loved it.

Hello All, ordered my Atomic Silver RC 350 F Sport with Stratus Grey interior 11 days ago. So its like 90 days and counting before delivery. Glad to see so many people who have picked up their ride are really enjoying them. Can't wait to add my RC to the list of owners.
Just wondering what kind of responses you have gotten from people who have seen your new ride?

Congrats, Atomic Silver is also my first choice (white is close second) but I'm about 4-6 months out from a purchase. Just curious, did you order it in order to get certain options? I have a lease up in early June so I'm wondering if I may need to do a deal 3-4 months in advance to make sure I get the right color combo. I'm planning on just the standard F Sport package and red interior.

I always order my cars as I do not want a car that's been on the dealer lot. I have a family member who is a car dealer and I know what they do to cars that are on lots.
I wanted a RWD RC350 and most if not all RC in the north east are AWD. I also wanted the Marl Lev. radio, Moonroof and fog lights. If you special order your RC F Sport, they may or may not require the Moonroof. Some say if you order the F Sport, the Moonroof is a requirement. Also, there are (2) F sport packages. The Lexus brochure online came out incorrectly. The $3985 option has the sensors on the rear bumper and the $3500 option does not. I think the brochure has the pricing backwards.

I was going to get the RC in white as well until I saw the car in Atomic Silver.

First time I ordered a car and am happy that I did. 13 miles on the speedometer!

Also got a RWD in Atomic Silver, with Flaxen interior. Wanted it fully loaded, except for ML stereo, but forgot about lane departure warning and auto-headlights!

BTW, what do dealers do with cars on the lot?

WELL....

I jockeyed at both Ford and BMW from 16 through college...

We (used to) drive them like we stole them... I learned to drive stick on lot cars, I learned how to dump the clutch on lot cars, I learned to heal toe on lot cars, I learned to never buy lot cars :D;)>:D

I definitely have seen plenty of videos online of lot jockeys and valets abusing vehicles. Maybe not abuse, but driving them hard which can lead to some bad things happening. It's true that it might not be the safest bet to get a lot car.
