Lexus RC F Adaptive Variable Suspension

The Lexus RC F and GS F are coming with Adaptive Variable Suspension (AVS)

Based on your settings/preferences and the conditions outside that you're driving on, the system will switch automatically between 30 levels of dampening force.

The system uses a range of monitors and sensors to control the damping force at the wheels and ensure accurate control of the suspension.

Quote:
Working together with the cars' safety systems, the AVS is linked to the Vehicle Dynamics Integrated Management (VDIM) and Drive Mode Select Control, prioritizing ride comfort to improve stability in Eco, Normal, and Sport S modes. Additionally, when Sport S+ mode, which switches the powertrain, electric power-assisted steering, and VDIM stability control to their most aggressive settings, is selected, the damping force control focuses on handling stability.
