Lexus Won As Best Car Dealer

You'll all be glad to know that Lexus will do their very best to help you.

From am-online:
Quote:
Lexus has added a Best Dealer victory to its wins for Best Car and Best Manufacturer in the Auto Express Driver Power Awards.

The results were drawn from the opinions of more than 61,000 people who responded to this year’s survey, the UK’s largest in-depth car satisfaction study. In all, Lexus claimed seven Driver Power honours this year.

Lexus was a winner as best car dealer for the third successive year with a 93.56% overall score, ahead of sister brand Toyota in second place. It was also ranked highest in all but one of the survey categories.

Winning all categories is amazing, but what didn't they win? It was the spindle grille, wasn't it?

Not quite sure what it lost in but it could have been the spindle grille. There's no mention in the article about what category they lost in.

Here's a link to the article: Magazine survey says Lexus has the best dealers

With a dealership like this one, I'm not surprised they won.

This one is in California.

Is it on a golf course? Or they just have a mini-putt? That is such a rich white person thing. Catering to the audience I suppose, lol. How about a basketball court instead?

That dealership must be hugely successful to be able to provide all those extras on top of normal dealership things.

Digging deeper than how they look, there's much more to it, they can look the part all they want but everything else needs to be right up to par with that which is what they've done and I can attest to that. After all people buy products like this largely for the personalities of the people selling them:

Quote:
"These achievements are thanks to great work across the full spectrum of our activities, from introducing exciting new models such as the NX and RC F, to connecting with our customers and constantly improving the service we deliver at our dealerships. We take nothing for granted and will continue to invest in doing even better in the future.”

Lexus may have won this dealership competition, but I bet they are driven to constantly offer more. I'm sure that the other luxury dealers in that area are also fairly impressive.

This is the Jaguar dealership for example:

Makes me wish my local dealers were that nice. They're mostly squares or rectangles... How is Jaguar's customer service? Never really hear about them.

I'm sure there is at least some flagship dealership with something cool going on.

But you make a good point on customer service and as long as that's on point, i'd be more than happy since its what the whole experience comes down to more than anything.

Just don't want a sales guy like this:
