OK, as promised I've uploaded a sound clip to YouTube that lets you hear what the Takeda CAI sounds like on a 2015 Lexus RC 350 with F-Sport option. The exhaust is stock. I've tried to include as many different driving conditions as possible. If you have any questions let me know.

At no time was the speed limit exceeded on surface streets or the freeway. The CAI makes the car sound like it is going faster than it really is.

Maginaer likes this.

Great!!! hahahha plan to install it this evening and I am going to have to swap it out to stock when I go back for maintenance. I am going to ask a mechanic at the dealer, during maintenance, to see if bolt on intake would void the warranty.

You won't have to swap it out for stock as it will not void the warranty. If they tell you it does they are violating the Federal Moss-Ferguson Act. The act prohibits dealers from telling you that you can't put in parts that are not OEM, and if you do it violates your warranty.

Now, if you add a cam or turbo/super-charger or install a Tune than Yes, it would violate the warranty.

Gear I did not use the inner plastic tubing that was provided... I was not given enough clamps and my intake/pipe is secure... what is the purpose of that rubber tube that goes inside the pipe?

Not a problem. When in doubt read the instructions, which we don't always do, and I'm guilty of it too. LOL
